Use `hyp sink --help` to list sink operations:

## `hyp sink maintain`

```text
hyp sink maintain [instance] [--compact] [--dry-run]
```

Expires table-format export snapshots for one sink instance or all eligible
instances. Only `--compact` rewrites data files. `--dry-run` writes nothing.

hyp sink maintain --dry-run
```
