Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost to get started?
- Nothing. The HypAware developer tier is free for a single user. To unlock the full power of the platform, a Team or Enterprise subscription is required.
- How are paid plans priced?
- Pricing is based per HypAware Cloud Unit, or HCU: one user, up to three hosts or gateways, and a monthly budget of stored tokens. Add units as the team, the agent fleet, or token storage grows. Enterprise custom integrations, deployment and storage requirements are factored into its pricing.
- Where does my data live?
- Your choice. Choose local only during setup and the logs never leave your own storage. You give up the features that only run in HypAware Cloud. Choose Cloud sync during setup and they live both locally and in HypAware Cloud, encrypted and kept in separate partitions per organization.
- Is there an enterprise option?
- Yes. HypAware Enterprise covers large deployments, custom integrations, isolated data, and regulated environments. Talk to Sales.
