Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost to get started?
- Nothing. The HypAware developer tier is free for a single user. To unlock the full power of the platform, a Team or Enterprise subscription is required.
- How are paid plans priced?
- Pricing is based per HypAware Cloud Unit, or HCU: one user, up to three hosts or gateways, and a monthly budget of stored tokens. Add units as the team, agent fleet, infrastructure and storage need grows. Enterprise custom integrations, deployment and storage requirements are factored into its pricing.
- Where does my data live?
- Your choice. Choose local only during setup and the logs never leave your own storage. However you give up some features that are only available on HypAware's Cloud. When you choose Cloud sync on setup they live both locally and in HypAware's Cloud, secured, encrypted, and segregated per organization.
