HypAware

Collect, Store, Analyze, and Act

Your agents decide things all day. Do you know what they decided?

An autonomous agent does not wait for a prompt. Its interface might be an inbox: a request arrives by email, the agent gathers what it needs, builds the quote, routes it to the right carrier, and moves on to the next one. It runs on a harness such as OpenClaw or Hermes, on a schedule or on events, reading from your systems and writing back to them, talking to customers and to other agents. Every run is a set of decisions nobody reviewed. HypAware records every one and reads them.

01What you cannot see

What you cannot see today

What did it say to the customer?
For an agent that works by email, the thread is the only record of the conversation, and the quote it sent is the only record of the decision. If neither is collected, the answer is whatever the customer remembers.
Why did it decide that?
A subagent filtering without the context the main agent had makes decisions that are reasonable alone and wrong together. Nothing in the output says so. The logs do.
How much of its day was nothing?
An agent that polls for work spends most runs finding none, and makes the model call anyway. It looks busy. It is idling. And it's costing you money every time.

02The loop

The loop for agents nobody prompts

The same four steps as everywhere else, over runs instead of sessions.

  1. Evidence. Every run, every model call, every tool call and its result, and what the agent read from and wrote to your systems. OpenClaw and Hermes are collected directly. Anything that calls Anthropic or OpenAI through the local gateway is recorded too, and OpenTelemetry traces land alongside.
  2. Findings. The decision that was reasonable alone and wrong in combination. The run that did nothing. The connector that has failed every call since it was set up.
  3. Recommendations. The context a subagent needs before it decides. The check that skips the call when there is nothing new. The schedule that was never set. Your agent applies them.
  4. Verify it stays fixed. The next pass measures it. Calls down and throughput up, or the finding comes back and you know.

03Harnesses and frameworks

Harnesses and frameworks

Harnesses today: OpenClaw and Hermes. Frameworks next: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and the one you wrote yourself. If you run production agents on any of them, talk to an engineer. Those conversations are shaping the roadmap.

You already have the data. Using it is the problem. HypAware solves that problem.
